(liveme) problems

So is it us with our streaming or is it live me having the issue to get us mad or maybe even blame it on are Wi-Fi company. For me I would personally think its liveme's problem because even when we have good wi-Fi or maybe just good data the stream freezes and lags all the time if your phone fills over heated that could be the cause but put by a cool source to cool it down and if its not that then what else can it be. So is it liveme or is it just the problem from the phone company.
