Event Summary

Get ready for an exciting night of competitive bowling, great prizes, and fun side games! The Infinite Broadcasting Bowling Tournament will bring together 16 teams of 4 players in a double-elimination showdown. Whether you're here to compete for the grand prize, test your luck in the Strike Challenge, or try your chances in the 50/50 raffle, there's something for everyone.

A. Event Details

i. Date & Time: Friday, April 4th, 2025 at 6:30pm

ii. Location: AMF Mesa (2115 E Southern Ave, Mesa, AZ 85204)

iii. Check-in Time: 6:15 PM (Teams must be checked in by this time)

iv. Practice Game: Each player gets 1 practice game before the tournament starts

B. Tournament Format

i. Type: Double Elimination (Teams must lose twice to be eliminated)

ii. Team Size: 4 players per team

iii. Total Teams: 16 teams (64 players total)

iv. Tournament Rounds:- Round 1: 16 teams compete- Round 2: 8 winners move forward / 8 losers enter the Losers Bracket- Round 3: 4 winners move forward / 8 teams battle in Losers Bracket- Round 4: 2 winners move forward / 4 teams battle in Losers Bracket- Round 5: 4 teams remain in the Losers Bracket- Round 6: 2 teams remain in the Losers Bracket- Round 7: Losers Bracket Championship Match (Final 2 teams battle)- Round 8: Tournament Final (Winner Bracket Champion vs. Losers Bracket Champion)- Round 9 (if needed): If the Winner Bracket team loses, a final match determines the champion.

v. Match Flow:- Scores will be tallied after each round.- Teams will rotate to new lanes for their next matchup.- Eliminated teams can continue to bowl and participate in side games.

C. Entry Fee & Payment

i. Cost: $50 per person ($200 per team)

ii. Payment Methods:- Cash: Accepted on the day of the event- Venmo (@soevol96): Must be sent by April 2nd

iii. Team Formation:- Attendees may sign up as a team and select their team name. Players can also sign up individually and will be assigned to a team if needed.

D. Prizes

i. 1st Place: $200 + Custom Infinite Broadcasting One Tone T-Shirt per player

ii. 2nd Place: $100 per player

iii. 3rd Place: $25 Amazon Gift Card per player

iv. 4th Place: $10 Target Gift Card per player

E. Side Games & Extra Challenges

i. 50/50 Raffle

Tickets: $5 for 3, $10 for 7, $20 for 15
Winner receives 50% of the total collected amount

ii. Strike Challenge – Prize Raffle

Entry Fee: $20 per person
Every player starts with 3 tickets
Earn extra tickets for strikes bowled during the tournament
Choose which prize box to enter tickets into
Prizes:
1. 3 Strikes: Two (2) $10 Starbucks Gift Cards ($20 value total)
2. 7 Strikes: $25 Amazon Gift Card + $10 AMF Gift Card
3. 10+ Strikes: Mystery Box- includes Cash, Exclusive Infinite Broadcasting Merch, and more. This total exciting experience is valued at $250!

F. How to Sign Up

i. Sign up on the event page and purchase your ticket(s).

ii. If signing up solo, you will be assigned a team before the tournament starts.

iii. Venmo payments must be completed by April 2nd. Cash payments will be accepted at check-in.
