IB Ruby Room

Users have the ability to gain Rubies (Points) in the Ruby Room, which is the name of the Infinite Broadcasting Loyalty Program. When members do specific tasks and earn Badges & Achievements, they will earn Rubies which can be exchanged for Rewards. They can also use rubies for entries in the Auction or VIP ONLY page. A membership is required to earn Rubies and rewards. Convert your Rubies in your Personal Ruby Room. As of the v1.1.10 update, there are Tiers for points and rewards.

Tiers (Tier eligibility lasts one year from entry)-

1. Diamond: Novice engagement, entry-level loyalty. (0-999 rubies)

2. Titanium: Increasing engagement, emerging loyalty. (1,000-2,499 rubies)

3. Ruby: Consistent participation, solid loyalty. (2,500-4,999 rubies)

4. Garnet: Active contribution, high loyalty. (5,000-9,999 rubies)

5. Obsidian: Elite engagement, pinnacle loyalty. (10,000+ rubies)

Ways to EARN Rubies (Rubies earned for [D | T | R | G | O]):

1. Sign up to become a Member- 25 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 Upon sign up

2. Order A Plan- 1 | 2 | 3 | 0 | 0 per purchase

3. Purchase an Event Ticket- 5 | 10 | 15 | 25 | 50 per ticket purchase

4. Purchase from the Store- 1 | 2 | 3 | 5 | 10 for every $1 spent

5. Daily Rubies- Receive Rubies each day for the duration of the active membership*

6. Multiplier Rubies- With any action a user does in the community, they receive a multiplier for their rubies.**

7. Refer Rubies- When you refer your friends to Infinite Broadcasting and they use your code upon sign up, you will receive the additional rubies***

8. Birthday Rubies- Receive 250 rubies as a gift from Infinite Broadcasting on their birthday****

   
   

Ways to REDEEM Rubies for Rewards:

• Check out your personal Ruby Room and convert your rubies to obtain the rewards

• Users may now also select rewards upon checkout in the Store.

*Users with a(n) Iron [5 rubies], Bronze [10 rubies] Silver [15 rubies], Gold [25 rubies], or Platinum [50 rubies] Membership receive this benefit for up to 30 days. (During the duration of the active membership).

**Users with a multiplier [Gold- x1.5 or Platinum- x2] receive this benefit. Additional rubies are added to account within 24-48 hours.

***For Platinum Members only; You will receive a custom code that can be entered when users purchase a membership. The code will give them 10% off of any membership they choose.

****Users who show fraudulent activity such as changing birthday to accumulate rubies shall be subject to Disciplinary Action.
